These terms are designed to protect both you (the client) and my business by creating clear expectations and responsibilities.

1. Nature of Services

  • My work includes holistic energy healing, spiritual guidance, and intuitive coaching, designed to support personal growth, clarity, and well-being.

  • I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or psychological conditions. My services are complementary and do not replace professional healthcare.

  • All outcomes from my sessions, guidance, products, or courses are subjective and individual, and no guarantees are made.

  • By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

2. Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 years or older to book a session, purchase services, or join memberships.

  • Minors may participate only if a parent or legal guardian is present during the session.

3. Sessions: Spark & Frequency Reset

  • Spark Session: $45 for 10 minutes (energy clearing + intuitive guidance).

  • Frequency Reset: $90 for 30 minutes (deep energy realignment).

Booking & Payments

  • All sessions are booked via Acuity Scheduling and paid in full at the time of booking.

Reschedule & No-Show Policy

  • You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (under 48 hours) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Disclaimer

  • Sessions are for spiritual and energetic support only.

  • I am not responsible for any interpretations, feelings, or actions you take during or after a session.

4. Memberships (Spark Collective, Energy Currents, Spark Inner Circle, Frequency Circle)

Membership Tiers

  • Details for each tier (pricing, calls, and inclusions) are listed on the Membership page.

Billing & Cancellations

  • Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Cancel anytime; your membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • For Spark Inner Circle and Frequency Circle, if you cancel less than 72 hours before your private session, cancellation takes effect after that session.

No-Show Policy

  • Missed private sessions are forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

Group Calls

  • Group calls are live-only and not recorded (energy is delivered in the moment).

  • Group sessions are not a substitute for medical, financial, or psychological advice.

5. Products (Bracelets, Reports, Digital Tools)

Bracelets

  • Custom Frequency Bracelets : Created during or after a session.

  • Pre-Made Frequency Bracelets : Ready-made designs.

  • Bracelets are non-refundable unless defective upon delivery.

AstroGold Reports

  • Reports (Natal, Solar Return, Predictive, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Delivery is via email within 2–5 business days.

6. Courses, Workshops & Digital Products (Including eBooks)

  • All digital purchases, eBooks, workshops, and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

  • Any actions you take as a result of these offerings are your sole responsibility.

  • I am not liable for how you interpret or use this information.

  • Live events or workshops are non-refundable unless canceled by me.

7. Future Offerings

These terms cover all current and future products, services, events, or digital tools released under Dr. Robin Ann Smith.

8. Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds on sessions, memberships, or custom products.

  • Pre-made bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if damaged (buyer pays return shipping).

9. Liability Waiver

  • By using my services or products, you release me from any liability for outcomes related to your emotional, mental, physical, or financial well-being.

  • I am not responsible for what you think, feel, hear, or interpret during or after any session, product, or course.

  • All decisions you make are your own responsibility.

10. Technical Issues

  • I am not responsible for internet failures, software issues, or technical problems that may affect live sessions or product access.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, courses, emails, materials, and products are the intellectual property of Dr. Robin Ann Smith.

  • They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without my written consent.
